@drjamesdinic I've upped my salt intake (and read your book) and feel the benefits.

A lot of fatigue is just dehydration. Instead of more coffee, try salt & electrolyte water. 2 cups of coffee = 1/4th tsp salt loss. Hydration with salt & electrolytes awakens the mind & body. Once you try it, you’ll never go back.

@philosophybites Being and Time is a fantastic book. Very anti Nazi in the way it advocates for a free and responsible individually chosen existence, for all. He failed his early philosophy, seduced by power. Read the Book.
