SB outgrew local standards long time ago-they were misunderstood—they came in sounding & moving something locals had never seen before. The forced comparisons aren’t hate~ coping mechanisms. In their heads, putting their faves next to SB is the only way to fake the same level.

生バンドのビファって視覚聴覚すべて融合されてとてつもないエネルギーを発してるんだよね…バンドならではの音で踊ってるからいつものコレオに増してさらに全員から音がはじけてとんでる感じ。うまく表現できないけどとてつもない音楽量をたたきつけられるように浴びてるような気持ちになる

What a day to be alive to be able to tell what a life changing experience it was attending a SB19 concert. One of, if not the biggest solo concert in the Philippines. It was a massive sold out crowd but the concert was so organized. It felt so safe, and leaving the venue was so orderly and calm. If you needed anything there were plenty of attendants to ask for help and also A'tin were so helpful, patient and kind. And guys, SB19 is seriously so beautiful 😮 but they were so humble, calm, sweet, and so professional. They gave 120% from the beginning to the end. Their moods or energy never dropped. Their voices were unbelievably good. The production was crazy. They are really global stars. Until the Wakas, I will be a fan of SB19! They deserve every blessing, achievement and accolade that they receive 🥹🥹🥹 And yes it was HOT lol but we were hot and just happy lol the warmness of everyone in the Philippines and SB19 x A'tin was really refreshing. Even though we're foreigners we never felt judged in any way. It has just been a wonderful experience. Salamat po SB19, A'tin, and the people of the Philippines. It wasn't just an SB19 concert it was a whole experience, this is who SB19 wants the world to get to know, not just their amazing music but the resilience, kindness, talent, and dignity of Filipinos. It’s different when an artist has no company above them. The song goes with them. They can drop a song and it can go a million different ways because they don’t have to stick to a genre. Also, correct me if I’m wrong but I don’t remember boy groups performing with a live band through the whole setlist. SB19 never gets boring. rhythms change, tempo shifts, arrangement feels different, & the discography never sounds stuck in one lane-can only do that when the artists are hands on with writing, composition & with full production. That’s the difference.
