Ste. Gen. Football team was informed @ 3:15pm Friday that Normandy wouldn't be participating in the 1st RD playoff game today. Countless hrs of work from so many just out the window. The Missouri playoff system is broken. @MSHSAAOrg @MissouriScoop @HelmetMissouri @scoreboardguy

@HeadcaseKicking @MissouriScoop All we were told was "not enough players" at 3:15 pm on gameday. I understand programs deal with different issues, but not having enough players is something you know could be a possibility Mon - Thurs. Waiting until hours before kickoff should come with some sort of consequence.

With football districts starting in 2 weeks, I would like to let all the coaches know that I have a spreadsheet created that can calculate points and standings and you can manipulate the next 2 games to help determine seeding. The Dragons had a great weekend and are sending 12 boys to the State Wrestling Championships next week! The Dragons also finished in 1st place claiming a district title! Individual placers to come.

Been running a study on Head Coaching Salaries in the State of Missouri in reference to @FootballScoop's post about Houston's coaches. The findings have been interesting to say the least! Only using public records from the 2023 year: - Highest Paid Coach falls just under $130k - Highest Coaching Stipend is $36,540 (would never guess where) - Highest Teaching Salary of a Head Coach is a little over $108k - Only 9 Coaches in all of Missouri (Publicly) make over $100k - 12 Make Over $90k but under $100k - Of those Over $90k, only 3 have won State Titles * Only pulled the obvious schools in choices for data, not the entire state (61 Coaches to this point) ** No private school salaries included *** Majority of Salaries are high due to 15 or more years served in the Teaching Profession along with Multiple Degrees to raise across the Salary Scale
