Just going to keep posting this article of mine until people realize what a massive problem of stolen SSNs that illegal immigration has created. realclearinvestigations.com/articles/2022/…
Patrick Ruffini@PatrickRuffini
Elon: Look at these SSNs from dead people. They’re probably being used to fraudulently collect benefits. Experts: Actually, no. We just let illegal immigrants use them to commit identity theft so they can pay taxes. Public opinion: Wait what.

This is the story of Erdal Arıkan, the father of 5G. Erdal went to Caltech and MIT; he is a rare level genius, but because of visa issues, he had to go back to Turkey. He solved a problem in information theory that radically transformed how data can be transferred. But because of visa issues, the US wasn't the benefactor of this genius. The CCP recognized Erdal's talent and used it to leapfrog the United States in innovation in this area. This gave the CCP a head start on 5G technology globally. We are competing globally for the most talented people on this planet. We can attract the best and brightest on the planet while also pushing back against anyone that would abuse the H1B visa system for entry-level work. There is a sweet spot we can achieve to make the US a global superpower, lift living standards for everyone in the US, and export those innovations to allied countries while also preventing our enemies from overtaking us. @elonmusk , @garrytan , @micsolana , @sriramk , @DavidSacks , @cyb3rgam3r420 , @JTLonsdale , @VivekGRamaswamy

The Race to the Bottom (That Nobody Wins)
Here's a puzzle: What happens when you squeeze the people who deliver healthcare?
They leave.
Medicare's relentless push to reduce and cut physician reimbursements isn't just short-sighted—it's a masterclass in unintended consequences.
We're watching a slow-motion train wreck in which the "efficiency experts" think they're cutting costs, but they're actually cutting the threads that hold our healthcare system together.
Think about it.
When independent physicians can't keep their lights on, they don't magically become more efficient.
They disappear.
Or worse, they get absorbed into the corporate machine—those gleaming hospitals with spreadsheets where patients used to be.
The math is simple, but the consequences are complex:
Lower reimbursements → Fewer independent practices → More corporate medicine → Higher total costs
It's the healthcare equivalent of killing the goose that lays the golden eggs. Except this time, we're not just losing the eggs—we're losing the entire farm.
And price transparency?
That's the punchline to this dark joke. In an era where you can price-compare everything from rocket ships to rubber bands, healthcare costs remain hidden behind a curtain of complexity.
Not because it's impossible to share them but because opacity protects profits.
Here's the truth: Every time we squeeze physicians harder, we're not saving money. We're trading tomorrow's healthcare for today's budget cuts. We're exchanging genuine relationships for corporate protocols. We're swapping quality for quantity.
The real question isn't whether we can afford to pay physicians fairly.
It's whether we can afford not to.
Because when the last independent practice closes its doors, we'll all discover that "efficient" corporate healthcare is the most expensive kind.
The market always tells the truth, eventually. The question is: will we listen before it's too late?
