In the 1990s, my dream was to attend @mujschool. It didn’t work out, but for good reason. I was hired @stltoday and had a baptism by fire with a tremendous staff of reporters/mentors. That eventually led to my current position @TheAthletic, for which I’m extremely lucky and grateful. Today, my daughter Georgia toured the J-School. I’d be proud of whatever path she takes, but I’d be thrilled if she got to learn alongside these gifted faculty and students in a very impressive environment! Thanks for the fun day, even if it was 30 years after I planned!
