TWO BALL MACHINE DRILL Focus & vision drill for your catchers. Catch the second ball & occasionally only release one ball. It’s a problem solving exercise. Use foam balls & offset in or out so they do not get hit by the 1st ball. Increase the volume as they become more adept.

Doesn’t matter who he hires. It is Tomlin’s philosophy and he makes sure whoever he hires, follows it. It’s a neverending cycle. Steelers have to be near perfect every game to beat the really good teams. Im a Tomlin guy. He’s a Hall of Famer, but it is time to move on! #Steelers
