We had our first meet this past weekend! 4 of our runners took on a 3k at the Jon Mitchell Invitational and did amazing! Lucy Swain was our top finisher, finishing 7th on the girls side with a time of 17:33

Camp day 4 got competitive! It was jersey day and we had a scavenger hunt! It was our first year actually finding all of the hidden balls in the course, so I’d say we all won! #jrhawks

XC 2024 camp is in the books! We ran, swam, and continued to build a strong cohesive team. Ready to rock this season!

Camp day 3 was groovy! It was tie dye day and boy did we show up! We got some running in and played some capture the flag!

Camp day 2 (but really day 1 since we had to cancel yesterday) was a success! Lots of us sporting our neon gear! Got some running in and played lots of freeze tag! #jrhawks
