In an RCT of TBI patients on antiplatelet therapy, higher absolute TEG-PM values predicted better clinical outcomes. VerifyNow ASA showed improvement after transfusion. Transfusion-induced assay changes were not associated with clinical outcomes. journals.lww.com/jtrauma/fullte…
