@modernhistory Laura… With Gene Tierney. Back in mid 70’s my Dad was Youth leader at my church and once a month we would get a movie (on the big reels) and view it. He got this one… great movie but a bunch of 14-16 year old boys got a whole lot more than usual that evening. lol!

Need to clear up some stuff about RFA status after the Ryan Van Demark situation:
- The player (RVDM here) has a choice to sign the offer sheet. He's isn't forced. It's not a team claiming him.
- Bills have 5 days to match the offer. They can't just offer him something lower and he accepts. Has to be match or better.
- If Bills do match he is under contract with them and cannot sign offer with another team. He could then be cut, traded, etc., just like any other player.
- If Bills do not match, he becomes a member of Vikings and can't sign another offer sheet elsewhere.
- If Bills do not match, they will receive no compensation from Vikings and no comp picks from NFL because he was given the lowest tender offer ($3.52M) and was originally undrafted (if player is given lowest tender but was originally drafted, old team would get that pick back from new team. RVDM wasn't drafted)
