Following the promotion of John Sadler, Northamptonshire County Cricket Club are looking to recruit a motivated and experienced Lead Batting Coach. The role will support and develop players across all areas of the Club including the First and Second teams, Academy and EPP.

One of the more emotional interviews I've done in 37 years of covering @NorthantsCCC after last night's AGM. Delighted that Rips is staying with the club. All County supporters will hope his term as head coach ends on a high note in the next couple of weeks.
