Hmm @tylercmorris suggests this is Proper 21 on K St NW. I called them to see if they will be open of Friday and they have a “full buyout” that day. Looks like they are also unavailable Saturday - Sunday. So appears @Polymarket has bought out Proper 21K for the weekend

Couple renderings of this mysterious Polymarket Situation Room supposedly opening in DC in two days.
Lots of speculation that interior looks like Pubkey first floor or basement, but exterior looks newer construction in Navy Yard or elsewhere downtown.
No ABCA filings

Some speculation out there that this will be at @PubKey or affiliated in some way... I just spoke to the Bitcoin bar's owner and can confirm it is definitely NOT.
