I am typically pretty aggressive when it comes to IVUS pre-intervention but of course in this case I elected not to perform it. Definitely did not appear to be flow limiting and pt left with palpable pulse but plan to duplex during interval follow up for sure

Bard’s Rotarex has very quickly become my go-to catheter for soft plaque in native vessels, bypass thrombectomy, and in-stent restenosis. The combination of atherectomy/thrombectomy continues to lead to outstanding improvements in luminal gain. @JordanVincigue1 @BDandCo_PI
