1- The focus on Christian ethics before the focus on Christian belief is an ineffective way to reach the culture. We need to give them Jesus before we give them ethics.

4-Jesus is incarnational. He steps into the lives of others who profoundly disagreed with him and engaged them meaningfully, knew their stories, and walked with them. Jesus also saved his harshest words for religious folks who prided themselves above others.

3- The abuses of these two realities leads for Christians to act arrogantly towards others in a way that hurts, not helps, our witness. Instead, it builds up continued polarization, opposition, skepticism, and resistance against the good news of the Gospel.

2- Conversely, the mockery of the secular ethics without a sincere understanding of secular belief does not help Christians to engage meaningfully--where people are treated humanly and heard.

We still enjoyed the movie, but it does raise the question of how movies are perceived in real time when the audience is not respectful of the art that is being presented. Left a bad taste in my mouth despite the fact the movie itself was obejctively amazing. 8/10 for now.

Saw No Way Home, but the movie was marred by a group of unsupervised teenagers in the theatre who kept on A)playing with the recliners during important scenes, B)Throwing popcorn at my wife, and C)Being in general extremely loud 1/2
