My hot take: the Switch 2 MSRP was kept down to build out the install base and it worked. Nintendo exceeded their forecast, but at the cost of a costly ecosystem. Game sales that aren’t Pokopia (4m in 5 weeks!) seem softer than the Switch 1 days. [1/2]

3. They're not available at launch! Full games are available day one, but it takes 4-5 weeks for these Upgrade Packs to hit shelves. [3/3]

1. The card quality varies! Best Buy sells the thickest card stock, followed by Target and papery GameStop.
2. Not every store lets you keep the actual card! Oddly enough, even Nintendo’s own store in San Francisco said they can’t. [2/3]
