Sitting reading research of impactful leadership and much like that of pedagogy, we still a large gap between research and practical implementation. So often researchers lack practice and practitioners lack the time/tools for reflective research! How do we close this gap?

There are moments of clarity and then there are times you struggle to see the path. Is it the lack there of or the glimpses of absolute clarity that lead you to change your course? Just philosophical thinking this morning.
