@CivicsUnbound Hey, I'm a born-again Christian and an evangelical, and that image didn't bother me at all because I know he's not portraying himself as Jesus.
I mean, I'm not an idiot. Everyone in a robe is not Jesus.
English

@mitchellvii I'm a christian and a conservative. I attend church weekly. this is blasphemy. Now what?
English

@KaitMarieox Really? Cause I'm a conservative and I can't stand the POS
English

@SummerShaddows @IsabellaMDeLuca Lol, I've not said anything to hurt you. Do you lack basic reading comprehension skills or something?
English

@jsuah01 @IsabellaMDeLuca You do realize you’re not hurting me by saying those things, right? You’re only hurting yourself. But you have free will and can self destruct spiritually if you want.
English

My turn to share my unsolicited (but correct) opinion on this picture.
Yes, it borrows from classical religious-style art— light, clouds, a central figure in white— but those elements aren’t exclusive to Jesus Christ. They’ve been used for centuries to signal authority, sacrifice, or restoration.
If you actually look at what dominates the image, it’s not Christian symbolism— it’s American symbolism. The flag, soldiers, fighter jets, fireworks, and the Statue of Liberty place the scene firmly in a national, not biblical, context.
And if this were meant to portray Jesus Christ, you’d expect the defining markers— crown of thorns, crucifixion imagery, stigmata. None of that is here.
Even the act of healing isn’t uniquely Christ-like in art— it’s a broader symbol of leadership, intervention, or restoration in times of crisis. Political figures have long been depicted in elevated, almost mythic ways using this same visual language.
At the end of the day, this is just political imagery using a familiar, almost sacred visual style to frame a leader as a symbol of strength and restoration. You can like it or not— but calling it a literal depiction of Jesus Christ is a stretch.

English

@SummerShaddows @IsabellaMDeLuca Lol, you should look in the mirror.
English

But there you are standing in judgment as if you’re better than someone else when we are all the same in God’s eyes.
But it sounds like you’re on a path where you’ll find yourself one day in a place where all you’ll know is the terrifying, eternal truth of His absence from your own personal eternity.
Maybe pray to Jesus and say those exact words to Him…
English

@SummerShaddows @Njckel24 @IsabellaMDeLuca Unlike Trump I never claimed to be godlike, calling a cultist and cultist isnt a problem.
English

I’m sure Jesus smiled as you called one of his children a “Cultist” while arrogantly speaking as if you are godlike and above others… while talking about Him.
When you call someone a loser you are also calling Jesus a loser. If you read the Bible and had even the most basic understanding of it you would know that.
English

@SummerShaddows @IsabellaMDeLuca Calling an idiot an idiot is the least of anyone's issues.
English

@jsuah01 @IsabellaMDeLuca They aren’t “Vestments.” Jesus wore clothing like regular people.
I’m sure Jesus felt so proud of you for your comment, especially the “Dumb jackass” and “Compete idiot” parts.
“What you do to the least of these, you do to me.” Matthew 25:40-45.
English

@CollinsforTX @DonaldTrump He's compared himself to Jesus many times
English

I don’t believe President @DonaldTrump intended to portray himself as Jesus.
He has spoken openly about not knowing whether he will go to Heaven, and on Easter he shared a letter from Franklin Graham affirming that Jesus Christ is the only way to Heaven.
English

@jsuah01 @IsabellaMDeLuca The attached picture that you claim the image "borrowed" from is actually an AI edit of the AI picture Trump posted. Maybe do some research. You often expose yourself for a complete idiot when you don't.
English

@0902Joseph @IsabellaMDeLuca Dude pick up and read a bible it literally describes it.
English

@jsuah01 @IsabellaMDeLuca The Chosen probably depicts what he wore. I don’t see him wearing things like this. This a Catholic rendition. All pictures are simply renditions. According to Isaiah he wasn’t an attractive man. He was a simple carpenters son.
English

@TaylorRMarshall Peter was never pope and "the pope" is not biblical.
English

@truedavidgravy @patriot_savvy Because he doesn't and never has.
English

@patriot_savvy Better for sure. I still have a hard time imagining Trump humbling himself before God.
English

@patriot_savvy That is actually how I interpreted the original post. My mind went to: “God IS working through our President and his administration” for the good of humanity. Never thought he was depicting himself as our Lord and Savior. ✝️🇺🇸
English

@ANTHONYBLOGAN Good job telling the world that you're either a trump cultist or an unbelievable retard. I know the two often cross.
English

@JeremyTate41 Literally no empire has fought against it.
English

@ericswalwell You're out you giant piece of shit. I hope your victims brothers and fathers get a hold of you.
English

@blartfarts @JChrome19 @itsdeaann Bingo. I've been conservative my entire life, you know? When Trump was giving money to Hillary and Kamala. I'm a Christian and I have discernment. Trump is a phony and a sick manchild who thinks he's some sort of American messiah. What is scary is his devotees.
English

@jsuah01 @JChrome19 @itsdeaann You can be conservative and right wing and still be smart enough to know that our president is harmful to our country
