@JeffNippard or anyone that would follow. on my weight loss journey started last year 2/15/24. I spent the full year last year focused on getting strong again. I focused on building muscle, not cutting, and strength gains. This year I am focused on weight loss.

@JeffNippard My diet is protein based eating lean meats and eggs with the consumption of juices of greens and fiber filled fruits. I am currently eating an average of 1850 calories/day ( my current 2lbs/ week of loss)

@JeffNippard I want to know how hard I need to go on my lifts if I am trying to maintain muscle and lose fat. What's the focus. I do my lift then follow it with 45 minutes of steady state cardio and 25 minutes of sauna ( for pure enjoyment of the sauna)

@JeffNippard I am 269LB's as of this morning. I am aiming to get under 230 by the years end in a healthy way. I go to the gym 5-7 days a week and do different body splits for 4-6 weeks rotations. Currently doing a 7 day/ week workout doing Shoulders, Back, Legs, Chest, Arms... repeat
