@jtrebach Josh, my husband is going through a “later in life crisis” where all his new shirts must be blue and patterned. I had to drag him to his closet and put them all together to prove it to him and suggest he choose other colors.

The diagnosis is purely clinical--there's no special diagnostic test. Treatment may include flushing the area with vinegar to help prevent/inhibit further nematocyst discharge The rest of the management is just good supportive care, including pain and blood pressure control

one time in med school I asked a doctor for feedback and he told me that I was stapling the patient lists together with the staple in the incorrect orientation and that a diagonal staple was not appropriate and it needed to be a horizontal staple so I laughed but he did not laugh
