Coaches please help: Would this be =UEFA “C” or is Welsh C Cert considered its own credential? Trying to weight pros and cons and am not sure the pathway and all the equivalents abroad. Can someone clarify? #CoachingEducation @FAWCoachEd

If a had to build a club from the ground up, I’d base it upon these pillars. 1. Unstructured/free play 2. Futsal 3. Ball mastery 4. Small sided matches That’s it. The rest, I’d leave up to the coaches to use their professional discretion on what else to add.
