@Trace_Urdan My guess: They’ll get a friendly letter from USDOE asking them to reconsider. Unlike an FP who would get an immediate program review, be placed on HCM2, and have Sen. Durbin and Sen. Warren demand the college be terminated from TIV.

Since 2019, nearly 300 Yellowstone bison have been sent to tribal lands as part of the bison conservation transfer program.
