What I mean by that they "won't understand" is that the show doesn't explain what it means
For example they namedrop "trans" right
But they don't explain it. A toddler watching won't get anything out of that. It's just a word. A parent will, though. To feel inclusive and happy.

This is so cute! It’s absolutely not brainwashing at all btw. Teaching children about oppressed groups, and how those people are completely normal and worth being treated as such.. IS A GOOD THING! So glad I grew up with blue’s clues.
