So, it’s men’s mental health month. And I want to write something from the heart ~ Life is worth fighting for. I can assure you as someone who’s been through his own fair share of emotional, mental, & physical set backs.. things do get better. But you have to put in the work.. across the board. In all areas of life. It’s a challenging time to be a man, especially with mental struggle ~ we don’t feel heard.. and if we are, we’re often given a “tough luck.. boo hoo it must be so hard for men”.. don’t listen to those people. Your trials & tribulations need validation from no one other than yourself. Work through them. Any adversity, big or small, reveals character. Work to create an iron will and indomitable spirit. Take up physical exercise of some sort, it’s not only your body that needs it, but also your mind. Find / create a support group ~ lean on them at times, and do the same for them. Family, friends, or acquaintances that share similar interests. Open up to them. Talk. Show up to the world as your most authentic, loving, & pure self ~ you have much to gain, and little to lose, by doing so. Above all.. and I cannot stress this enough.. Persevere. Keep. Fighting. I believe in you, man 👊🏼❤️🫡
