Q. How long does it take @TheRAC_UK to recover a customers car from London to Wales? A. 11 days so far, still no car 👀

After waiting a week for the @TheRAC_UK to deliver my car after recovery, I’m now told I have to wait another week. Disgusting service

@TheRAC_UK what a sh*t-show! Car recovered from London on Saturday told car will be delivered 3-5 days. Still no car, trying to sort out since 08:30, being transferred, put on hold & then cut off! Is this how you treat your customers, thought you were the best!
