Let me address what's going on. I am an alcoholic. Have been for 20 years. I hid it, got by it. I did 35 marathons, so much money raised. I'm proud of that. But all I was thinking was "when can I grab a beer". Whatever I achieved... if only I had been brave enough to be honest

Darragh had a birthday party to go to yesterday so me and the Little Miss got to spend some quality time. We went to both local parks and played on *everything*; we got home just before the downpour so after lunch the blankets came out.

Keeva's first full day of nursery today. We're so very proud of her. And well done @julesGBSVB you're an amazing mum and everyone can see in these kids what a fantastic job you do every day 👏

And today Darragh is off to his settling in session, going up to Butterfly room. He had been *so* excited to go back and see everyone and his teacher is moving up with the class as well so no doubt he'll be fine. Well done for getting through the summer holidays @julesGBSVB 👏

Keeva had her settling-in session at nursery today. She just charged straight in and was *busy* the whole time. Very proud day for @julesGBSVB and myself.

My husband and i have a secret to making our marriage last. Twice a week we go to a nice restaurant,drink a little wine,eat nice food, and enjoy a good conversation. He goes on Tuesdays and I go Friday.

Just absolutely gutted hearing about Diogo Jota. His 3 children have lost their father and his parents have lost 2 sons. Heart-breaking situation.
