there are 3 levels of Twitter DM outreach level 1: cold DMs to scraped leads. bad reply rates. no pipeline. most people stop here. level 2: competitor follower scraping + human setter. outbound funnel on semi-autopilot. you get 5-10 calls booked per month with this. level 3: multichannel sequences. email + LinkedIn + Twitter DMs. 3 touchpoints on 3 channels. enrich to find their Twitter, send hyper personalized messaged with AI.
