I turned 30 a little over a month ago and have had many thoughts since then that feel very 30 of me. Soooo I've decided I'm going to start documenting them.

I have been busy delivering our hot water bottle reminders to staff within the hospital‼️ If you have a HWB, please bring it along on Wednesday to the atrium at the QEHB, where we will be showing you how to safely check and safely use @uhbtrust @UHBTherapy
