I couldn’t recommend @NekoHealth more. I had a scan last year. Despite cycling over 500 hours annually, it flagged a heart murmur and slightly elevated blood pressure. That led to a free echocardiogram, and eventually a CT scan—which revealed a bicuspid aortic valve (a condition affecting 1–2% of people) and a mildly dilated aortic root. Without the Neko scan, I might not have discovered this until it was too late. Now I can proactively manage my blood pressure and delay the point at which I’ll need elective valve surgery. That’s a world away from finding out through an emergency. This is what modern healthcare should look like: proactive, data-led, and preventative. For £299, it’s exceptional value. If you can afford it, do it.

@coderzombie Yeah, I watch more than I participate these days. So many social media platforms to stay on top of and update. I kinda gave up on Twitter and Facebook, mainly because I'm working to help businesses do so and there's not much time or energy left for my own profiles.
