Власть взяли Сергей Шойгу с Сергеем Кириенко и готовят транзит через развенчание культа личности. Путина типа арестуют (показывать будут лишь мельком сгенерированное изображение). На думских выборах победит новая партия (или какая-нибудь модернизированная старая), лидеру которой Михаил Мишустин отдаст обязанности ИО. Либо вместе с думскими — внеочередные президентские. XX съезд, выход из войны и всё такое. ВСЁ, ЧТО НАПИСАНО ВЫШЕ — ШИЗА. Но другого плана, который мог бы объяснять происходящее с АПшным Ремеслом, у меня нет. However I also know many people (like myself) who grew up abroad and came back to Ukraine since war started. Kyiv probably did increase some due to displaced refugees. So even if the population of Kyiv increased, the overall population of Ukraine decreased by millions.
