@ClariceDAiello Most #biotech startups put extra hat on a Sr. Scientist who in turn hires consultant to create EHS programs (~$20K). Some haz waste co's will do cheaper as value-added service to get your business. Sr. Scientist trains new hires. @HomeOfBiotech includes this with lab workspaces.
