Showed up 2 hours early with friends for our Premier seats at the #BudapestMajor playoffs, only to find the entire section completely occupied. Zero seats left. Bravo @StarLadder_CS on the excellent security and seat enforcement. Feel bad for everyone still coming with valid tickets. Fix this mess!

@illusnt @StarLadder_CS There was an old, rude Hungarian security man (with red text on his shirt) next to section 210 for the entire Saturday game. I voiced my concerns and he literally told me to fuck off and go home. 10/10 service for premium reserved people:) @StarLadder_CS

Paid $400+ for my tickets (full playoffs), finals come - my section is full (people photoshopped their tickets) & all I was offered was to go to the 3rd floor as a solution ($150 tickets) Missed Map 1, 2 and 3 of the Major Finals. I want a solution to this. @StarLadder_CS

@StarLadder_CS oh and the security told me to just go home when voicing my concerns. First they said go home, then said talk to reception, then reception told me to talk to the guards again, then sent down to reception. Abysmal service.

And maybe tell the guards to agree, some are saying it’s okay to sit in the stairs and block our exit, others are guiding them there. The reserved seats in 2nd floor is not reserved in any way, shape or form

@StarLadder_CS Hi, i haven’t logged in to twitter in 6months, but maybe you should enforce the premium reserved tickets a bit better. People are stealing seats and are in the way by sitting down in the stairs here. Nice premium tickets, but subpar service.
