Requesting @elonmusk to look into the ongoing issues in #Bangladesh, where the authoritarian government has completely disconnected the country from the rest of the world. All cellular networks and the internet have been shut down. Today, police violence resulted in the deaths of at least 32 people, most were students aged between 17-25. They were continuing a protest, demanding the reform of a highly controversial quota system. I'm drawing your attention to the urgent need for a temporary @Starlink solution for the people in Bangladesh, as we believe the government is planning a major offensive operation tonight. Kindly provide some form of support so that the people in Bangladesh can regain connectivity with the rest of the world. Your kind assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated.

@CitImmCanada Anything for spousal sponsorship??? I been applied on march 7th, it’s been 6 months ( No AOR) none of your agent can locate my file. I put webforms, enquires from MP even ordered GCMS notes. But got no response to any of those.

@junal @PassportCan My advice would be go early. And triple check you have everything filled out + signed (by the applicant and guarantor). And print out your proof of travel. I saw so many people get turned away because they didn't finish the application or have proof of travel.

@PassportCan Quickly sharing my experience for anyone wondering whether they can apply for a passport in the 3-25 biz day window. You can. If you're in GTA, I was in and out of the North York office in 4 hrs. And picking up my passport in 3 biz days. Msg if u have more questions!

@anu_joshi01 @PassportCan I'm in the exact situation. I went to submit in person application today and they wouldn't accept it as it doesn't fall in 25 days time period. I need Bangladesh visa as well for my daughter after I get the passport and we booked ticket for 28th June. Not sure if I can make it.
