Many volcanic eruptions produce a relatively insignificant amount of aerosols and in these situations, there may be no associated cooling.

Harvard's Endowment fund (currently valued at roughly $53 billion dollars) is primarily funded through donations, philanthropy and returns on investments. It is not government funded. Tax dollars are not being on foreign student tuition. Tax dollars that go to academic institutions fund things like academic research programs. Stop believing everything you hear and ask more questions (unless shit posting is your primary objective, in which case, carry on as you were).
