It’s so telling when Gavin is always openly rooting for his character, Lola can somehow imply it (her character is in the middle of it all, so maybe it’s a bit more tricky, I get it), however CB seems to not like his character or says ‘idk…’

@moon187415 @keteneh I totally agree with you. Obviously we can only assume and it’s just fiction even if real life experiences might influence an author in their writing. In the case of Jeremiah it’s just so baffling because he got treated so badly when Bonrad could simply have been written better.

@keteneh @junejfwrites but it shows because her best writing in the books was always for jere. that was her best, most romantic/intimate stuff. to have personal stakes in your fictional world is just insane & it shows bec she somehow - w/o any self-awareness - made bc even worse in the show

Literally every non-endgame love interest in the JH universe was treated with more respect than Jeremiah. John Ambrose, Dae, Cam Cameron… I still don’t know what Jeremiah did to Jenny Han.
