@KenyaPower_Care No elec since Friday. Have been given 4 ref numbers and on follow up I am told the matter has been resolved. THIS IS A LIE 5th ref no logged today is 11027890 Acc no 04216752586 I am a disappointed customer. I hope my issue can be settled today Tuesday

@Safaricom_Care I got a call from 0105849108 at 9.11pm today claiming that my number is being shared with another individual. I am suspicious of this caller. Is this number known to safaricom ?
