写完博客，也 sync 了一些论文。在分布式推理下，愈发感觉 gateway, inference, kv cache 三个系统需要 co design，共同实现最佳的调度。希望 Pega 家族今年能做到吧，gateway 比较简单，只是编排一下嘛，kv cache 写的也差不多了，就剩这个 inference 是个难坑的。

关于Manus印象最深的反而是后来加入的PeakLab（jiyichao）曾经的产品 Magi，是一个聚合类搜索引擎，主要是产品（当时还只有NLP这个词）的语义UX实在漂亮。当时搜狗小川去聊过，觉得可以直接抄甚至没给收购offer。 21年在北京的时候和当年的PeakLab团队聊了几次，那时候Peak已经折腾好几年了没起色 也没入场估值。但是有两点八卦收获：一是传后来RabbyAI的Jessie想过去收购Peak； 二是团队认为产品最有可能的死法是“喝茶死”
