@cikuMuiruri2 I am deeply prejudiced to athletes injuring themselves and risking their health despite of their gender. Figure skating is very traumatic no matter what gender you are and quads just make the risk of getting a life-long injury.

@Cantikaifr Yes indeed but ig learning and jumping quads just makes the odds of gettinf injured higher +esp considering that most coaches don't make their skaters gain muscle mass but starve them instead

@junhwans4s i don’t think it’s ‘only quads’. it’s one of variables that may contribute to injuries but we all know that so many female skater have injuries without jumping or even learning quads (ex: loena). it’s unfortunately part of pro sports, you’re in high stake of injuries
