decided to get an apartment in Warsaw for 12 months, sign a contract etc. the problem I’m currently experiencing is that the choice of *extremely* high-quality places within my budget and with my conditions (powiśle or śródmieście, 2+ bedrooms, high ceilings, parquet floors, balcony, bathtub, 80+ sq m, floor to ceiling south-facing windows; secondary: pre-war tenement building with original features) is just too vast I genuinely cannot decide and it’s spiking my cortisol. I’m simply not used to this level of quality within my budget in London. the difference is mind-boggling
