The styles of the two are quite similar, but Kubota's is much more reminiscent of the Z, it's not as rounded like Shintani and has a more serious tone; every style has its freedom, so much so that we have Takahashi, Shintani and Naoki Tate in Yamamuro style

OP anime will be seasonal doing 26 episodes a year. It would be on hiatus from jan to march 2026, so if it comes back in april and does 13 episodes then if they're alternating with Dragon Ball that means it would start in July which is the DBS anniversary 🤔
