I created this thumbnail as the demo task for the NFL Universe Football Render Artist role at Voldex.
After several interviews, they asked me to complete a demo project. I put a lot of effort into it, and they told me they really liked my work and wanted to move me forward to the Visual Ongoing stage!
The whole process took more than three weeks. Unfortunately, I was rejected at the very first Visual Ongoing step. I had started to feel hopeful, so I didn’t expect that outcome. It was honestly heartbreaking.
Still, I’m grateful for the experience, and I hope they find the right person for the role.
I’ll be focusing on UGC for a while, so I won’t be doing renders for now. Still, I hope the breakdown I created for Voldex can help and inspire other GFX artists.
