The circuit runs four checks in a single proof: -commitment binding -accreditation verification -jurisdiction membership via Merkle proof, and -a capital range proof. Proving time is approximately 1.3 seconds per request, generated on demand, not pre-computed. Verification happens on-chain via UltraHonk using Stellar's native g1_add, g1_mul, and pairing_check host functions. A proof-gated SetTrustLineFlags call through the Soroban Gate contract completes the authorization. Every transaction is confirmed on Stellar testnet and independently verifiable on Stellar Expert.

Every regulated asset issuer on-chain is quietly sitting on a pile of KYC documents, accreditation letters, and financial disclosures they never wanted to store in the first place. @StellarOrg AUTH_REQUIRED is the standard mechanism for gating regulated assets such as tokenized bonds, RWA funds, and compliant stablecoins. In practice, issuers typically authorize trustlines only after completing KYC or other compliance checks on each holder.
