@No9356340128492@MarkHen11254156@Brotherman____@NFLDraftBites He was better at zone cuz he’d find the sport spot. In man he’d just run faster than the db. He didn’t get open cuz he has elite route running. KC is the better route runner hands down.
@No9356340128492@MarkHen11254156@Brotherman____@NFLDraftBites Kelce is the prime example of it. Routes are ass but can break apart zone. Dez another good example. You either gotta understand the game really well, be a great route runner or just be really really fast. Multiple ways to get open, route running is the tried and true method.
@No9356340128492@MarkHen11254156@Brotherman____@NFLDraftBites Route running and “getting open” aren’t the same thing dumbass. Route running can result in getting open but so can finding hole within a zone. Not the same thing. KC is clearly the better route runner.
@No9356340128492@MarkHen11254156@Brotherman____@NFLDraftBites I’m not digging thru clips from a year ago you should be able to do your own homework. His size was a factor too but being so raw at the position was most definitely a talking point. He didn’t separate from exceptional route running he was open cuz he could break apart a zone.
@jus4funhun@MarkHen11254156@Brotherman____@NFLDraftBites Show me who people talk about him taking play off no one says he was a bad route runner who won’t get separation in the pro, his main concern was his weight because he only one 185 that small for a receiver
@No9356340128492@MarkHen11254156@Brotherman____@NFLDraftBites There is no world you watch KC tape and say his route running and fundamentals are subpar. He probably the most polished route runner in the draft like that is probably the worst take you could have with him. There’s no possible way you actually studied his tape
@No9356340128492@MarkHen11254156@Brotherman____@NFLDraftBites Every film breakdown out there, every analysis, every talk show, every reporter either you just oblivious or weren’t tapped in during the draft. this was a huge talking point for months but the consensus was its worth the risk cuz hes a great athlete and if it fails he’ll play cb
@No9356340128492@MarkHen11254156@Brotherman____@NFLDraftBites Dude I thought travis was coming to my team I studied his tape like none other. He most definitely does lack fundamentals and route running. Literally everyone agrees that was the whole debate point on him like it’s a fact but his athleticism was so good it was worth the risk.
@jus4funhun@MarkHen11254156@Brotherman____@NFLDraftBites You never in your life actually watch because I know for a fact you that lazy take Travis doesn’t lack fundamental and have mechanics issues he can run route just has good has everyone , there a difference between not being ask to do something and not being able to do it
@No9356340128492@MarkHen11254156@Brotherman____@NFLDraftBites Not everyone can be taught and be perfect, somethings are inherent and instincts but yes and neither of them are perfect, but with travis you basically have to start on step 1. KC can clean stuff up and learn some tactics to sharpen up his game. History favors the latter
@jus4funhun@MarkHen11254156@Brotherman____@NFLDraftBites There no one that game out of college there no a single player most of those never been perfect everybody has hole in their game, btw you can teach technique and fundamentals you cannot teach talent let’s get that right
@Iam__IronMan@tyray12_@YLIAfan@J0nesToChina It’s Jerry Jeudy. Someone who just got demoted to wr3 and will probably be outta the league in a few years. Before you start getting in the 3-5 conversation with puka, ceedee, jsn and Amon ra you gotta at least have more yards than Jerry Jeudy who isn’t even a top 32 wr
@No9356340128492@MarkHen11254156@Brotherman____@NFLDraftBites The difference is they had great fundamentals. If all you have going for you is raw athleticism but lack in route running, mechanics, fundamentals and technique then its gonna be harder than the guy who is also athletic in his own right plus is great at everything else
@jus4funhun@MarkHen11254156@Brotherman____@NFLDraftBites Actually not even close to being true , i think what you wanted to said that play who didn’t produce and got drafted off their athleticism alone does have a higher chance of failing, but when a guy produce and athletic , that were you the Garrett, watts, Donald of the worlds
@No9356340128492@MarkHen11254156@Brotherman____@NFLDraftBites I’d take a polished route runner who has great mechanics and is fundamentally sound over someone who was able to produce from just his raw athleticism. History tells you it’s a lot more likely the polished player will do better in the nfl. Not to mention we got mason and judkins
@No9356340128492@MarkHen11254156@Brotherman____@NFLDraftBites It’s about how he was getting open not the fact that he was getting open. You cannot honestly say travis has better route running and technique than KC. Watch the film it’s very clear.
@jus4funhun@MarkHen11254156@Brotherman____@NFLDraftBites Again 13 percent of his target were contested that would be top 5 in the last 20 years for first round receiver, also if you watch some of his contest catches he was open on some of them the ball just got there late that one of the reasons people tought sheduer had wear arm.
@jus4funhun@MarkHen11254156@Brotherman____@NFLDraftBites This is so funny because I don’t think you watch the jaguars because if you did you would know why Travis wasn’t Quote quote productive it was because the way they was using not because of his ability has a receiver
@No9356340128492@MarkHen11254156@Brotherman____@NFLDraftBites By saying travis is a better route runner. Travis is literally known for being a sloppy route runner. There’s more than 1 way to get open. Settling within a hole in a defense to get open and creating separation from route running are two completely different things.
@jus4funhun@MarkHen11254156@Brotherman____@NFLDraftBites When did I said his route running was bad I said Travis number advance were better, Travis had great production because he got open, only 13 percent of Travis targets were contested that would have been top 5 in the last 20 years for first round receiver
