@sagar_codes Wow, Now I know there is classification of lies and I can choose any of them according to the situation 🙌🏽
English

How to lie..
Anant is a 30 years old man
Never had a girlfriend in his life
Went to IIT Dhanbad, Mining Engineering
Currently living in Bengaluru working as a
Senior Data Scientist at Amazon
His mother is worried about his marriage
doubtful on son's capability to find a partner
ma forced Anant for an arranged date
with Radhika
Radhika is also an high achiever from Ranchi
Very smart and works as a Management Consultant
also struggling to find a partner
At Koramangala Social 7.30 PM..
Radhika: hey how are you?
Anant: I am good, how are you?
after 30 mins of casual conversation
and 4 beers Radhika is quite comfortable
and asks this casual question to Rajesh:
"How do I look?"
----
In communication theory lies
fall in 2 categories:
A) Do I benefit from the lie
B) Does the person I lied benefit
This results in 4 outcomes:
1. White lies - only the person lied to benefits
Ex: Radhika you look fantastic I am in awe
here you typically put yourself in position
of the person and say an altruistic lie which
leaves a good feeling
2. Grey Lie - both the liar and person lied to benefits
Ex: Radhika you've lost weight! You look very fit..
here Rajesh avoided the main question
because he promised his father to always
tell the truth but he also gave Radhika a
good feeling by adding a new dimension
3. Black lie - only the liar benefits
Ex: Radhika, you look okayish!
here only Rajesh benefits by keeping
his promise he made his father about lies
** In reality Radhika looked awesome
4. Red lie - no one benefits
this is the lowest form of lie
where everyone knows that
the statements are completely false
Ex: Radhika, you look like Deepika Padukone
from Om Shanti Om
Rajesh has to choose now..
---
The truth is everyone lies, it only
depends on what outcomes it expected
by the liar
So the idea is based on the outcome you
expect you should be able to adjust your words
In tech interviews we like all the time
- how did I do in the interview?
- do you think I make the cut?
- what is the reason for your job change?
---
Things to keep in mind:
- This is a story to demonstrate a communication theory
- The headline is a hook ( social media game )
- Characters are fictional
Further reading can be done by Google search on

- Truth default theory
- the psychology of lying

Congratulations if you have made this far 💞

There should be a series where I teach you to build a SAAS product. With modern tech like Nextjs, @prisma , @neondatabase , @cloudinary and AI.
Not just a series but in depth discussion on taking it further.
What do you say? 😁

@neembu_paani31 There are plenty of other options to choose from : Infosys, Wipro, Cognizant, Accenture. But don't take projects where no programming is involved.
