@SenAlexPadilla Dear Senator Padilla, I am writing to you as a concerned citizen and advocate for financial innovation and freedom in our markets. The Clarity Act provides the legal framework necessary for institutional use of digital assets in the United States. Institutions and licensed professionals cannot fully adopt these technologies without clear laws to mitigate compliance risks and liability when transmitting value. The rest of the world has already passed such laws. Yet, we are the holder of the reserve currency, and are the final piece of this puzzle for these technologies to truly transform our world. For far too long, the current financial system has operated as an unchecked mechanism to erode the wealth of Citizenry. After this long train of abuses and usurpations our economy is now suffering from inflation, job losses, and all due to congress fiscal irresponsibility. Delaying this act only prolongs the pain and protects the status quo. The previously passed Genius Act, outlined the regulatory framework for Stablecoins and their Issuers. The Clarity Act would allow institutions to hold and use the digital assets that move the stablecoins and tokenized assets efficiently over neutral, decentralized methods of payment. The Clarity Act merger with the Anti-CBDC provisions, permanently bans The Federal Reserve from issuing a central bank digital currency, preventing them from further entrenching their monopoly on the issuance of money. Instead, it would enable a decentralized ecosystem where issuers and units of account can properly compete using these techs to settle without coercion or fears of debanking. This, along with tokenized real-world assets, cut out fraud and link our system back to the real world on a fair level playing field. Allowing this market to exist? The people will naturally gravitate toward issuers who collateralize with tangible tokenized assets rather than debt. This process would compel Congress to live within its means through taxes alone, for the market for government debt would shrink. This isn't just about crypto—it's about ending the ponzi-like structure of our existing system and giving Americans a fair shot at prosperity. Nothing matters more than getting this law effective to allow compliant institutions to deploy these tools at scale and people to choose their unit and issuer to be paid for the fruits of their labor. I implore you to prioritize the Clarity Act's passage—call your colleagues, educate stakeholders, and push for a vote. Our financial future depends on it. Thank you for your attention to this vital issue. I look forward to your support in building a freer, more innovative market. Sincerely, Justin Tomlin

The man’s wife spent all day and made a wonderful pot roast for dinner for the whole family. The man being selfish, intentionally ate it all but a small portion because he was upset with her earlier. She came into the kitchen while the meat was resting and almost flipped out when she saw what was left. She immediately called him down because she knew this was the kind of petty thing he does. If you spent all day cooking for the family and someone pulls a jerk move like this, would you bother cook for them anymore?

Introducing the first native onchain capabilities in an enterprise treasury management system – today @Ripple Treasury is adding Digital Asset Accounts and Unified Treasury to give CFOs the ability to view, hold, receive and manage fiat and digital liquidity in their existing dashboard. No separate interface, no new workflows and no need to navigate crypto on your own. Corporates, your starting point into digital assets is at treasury.ripple.com. ripple.com/ripple-press/r…

People need to understand too that yields on stablecoins backed by debt keep the inflation going as the debt is endless in that circumstance What we want is static value in units and the supply increase due to productivity which only happens if you use assets/securities to back the units The “means of exchange” should always have a yield opportunity as it performs a function, to move the unit itself.

The man who turned $100 into $100 billion just said the Fed is lying to you. The Federal Reserve has one sacred rule, every single year, they allow prices to rise 2%. They have run the entire global economy on this principle since 2012 and Buffett called it a compounding disaster. His exact words: "Once you start saying you're going to tolerate 2%, that compounds pretty dramatically over time." Buffett made the math brutally simple. If you are earning less than 2% on your money, you are not breaking even. You are going backwards every single day. Most Americans with a basic savings account are earning nowhere near 2%. The Fed calls this price stability while Buffett calls it a policy that punishes anyone responsible enough to save. Buffet wants a 0% inflation target which means prices stay flat and money holds its value but no major central bank on earth currently operates that way. The 2% rule was never born from science or rigorous research. It started in New Zealand in the 1980s, spread as a convenient benchmark, and eventually became untouchable global doctrine never seriously challenged, never put to a public vote. Meanwhile the Fed is not even holding their own floor. US inflation is running above target right now, with projections pointing higher through the rest of 2026. The bar they set keeps moving, and the people paying the price are the ones who saved. Buffett has been warning about this for decades but this time he went further. He said the banking system carries risks most people do not see, that fragility is hiding inside the financial structure, and that a currency the government permits to lose value every year is the foundation underneath all of it.

The secret sauce is simple 1/ give Corporates a trusted, regulated entry point embedded in workflows they already use, 2/ remove the friction between managing different accounts (fiat or digital). Both of those are now solved today with Ripple Treasury. Ripple Treasury is on a tear – last year facilitating $13T in payments for customers. This year, with the addition of native digital asset capabilities? LFG!
Renaat Ver Eecke@rvereecke

From the moment GTreasury became @Ripple Treasury, we’ve been building to this – giving Corporates a clear, trusted entry point into digital assets. With the addition of Digital Asset Accounts and Unified Treasury, Ripple Treasury gives the office of the CFO a trusted, single place to hold and manage both digital and fiat assets. Next up, connecting to Ripple’s regulated payments network and prime brokerage that allow Corporates to use digital assets and stablecoins to orchestrate cross-border intercompany payments, 24/7 yield on idle cash and so much more. Corporate treasury has never had a solution like this before. Check it out ripple.com/ripple-press/r…

Sovereign Citizens: What are your thoughts on Sovereign Citizens and how far this woman was willing to go instead of just giving the Game Wardens her name? This video shows a woman refusing to give her name, date of birth, or ID, using classic sovereign citizen arguments: claiming she’s a “flesh and blood” living being (not a legal “person” or citizen), has renounced citizenship, doesn’t accept government benefits or documents, and only has “stateless travel documentation.” She says she’s willing to go to jail and have her kids go to DCF rather than comply. The wardens cite violations like driving on a closed road and an off-leash dog, trying to de-escalate, and eventually threaten arrest for non-cooperation.

I am really trying to understand her thought process, but I just don't see any relevance or correlation to allegiance. Ketanji Brown Jackson's argument justifying birthright citizenship: "If I steal someone's wallet in Japan, the Japanese authorities can arrest me and prosecute me... I'm still locally owing allegiance in that sense." How is this at all relevant to birthright citizenship?🤔🤔
