BINI walked on eggshells leading to Coachella. No blueprint (no PH-based artist had ever done this before). Small budget. Small team. PAL chipped in, TFC bought in, the Fil-Am community joined. Rent was literally due. House on fire. Lifelines on the brink. AND BINI DID IT! 😭

crying rn bc of all the tweets from direk lauren’s thoughts post-binichella. i love bini so much and today it literally hurts… it hurts me that bashers get a free pass to invalidate them and spread fake news against them. it hurts to be awakened to the truth that the government doesn’t give a shit about what they did and what they’re doing for the country. it hurts to find out how we almost lost them, i wouldn’t have taken it lightly…none of us would’ve known where to run to. it is beautiful and inspiring to hear how they’re able to pull coachella now but is so beautifully aching to think what they must be thinking pre-coachella, even with the intense training and packed sched, it must’ve been hard for the girls and the team not to overthink during those times. they did not just pour down sweats of hard work, they carried a whole damn ridge on their shoulders — so heavy that it could’ve broken their backs but they carried on and push through. this binichella journey totally carries more powerful and more meaningful stories now. at this point, no one is ever allowed to tell us again that it wasn’t a big deal, “coachella lang ‘yan”, and other undermining statements once more. they deserve all the attention and love they’re finally getting now, the articles from intl news outlets, praise from fellowmen and foreigners. they are worthy of being defended and they are worth standing up for. the road was so bumpy and scattered with so many uncertainties but they’re here, kahit na never naman talaga sila deserving of the hateful words thrown at them. extremely grateful to the corporate organizations, individuals, who believed and helped them through this journey. even so, #diyogigcash will stay iconic and will be part of this history 😂 direk lauren saying “this is just the start of something big — this is the same feeling we had during biniverse first solo concert in nft” are the best words to deliver after sharing the struggles of bini team. we will be with you through every stage, every smile, and every weep. no need to count who stayed and who didn’t and no need to argue with pointless bashing, we’re off to a new journey with greater purpose now: to manifest with the girls, to support the girls, and to grow with the girls…just like the old times. cliché but whatever. i love you all so so much, @bini_aiah @bini_colet @bini_maloi @bini_gwen @bini_stacey @bini_mikha @bini_jhoanna @bini_sheena 💌 ONE OF THE PHILIPPINES’ PRIDE Y’ALL, #BINI 🇵🇭
