I'm certain you used one or more of these 6 AI products this week. And you can't explain how even of them works. I can. Here's the breakdown.

Fact: one year from now, building AI products and building products with AI will be the baseline. No one will care if you can write clear PRDs, or align with engineers, or review customer feedback. All of that will be automated. The only thing the world will care about is "can you build" Can you build something of value. Can you build consistently high quality products. And only those who answer yes will survive. All others will be forced to take other lower paying jobs or will be thrown out of the work force. (Look arund you. It's already happening) So if you work in tech and are serious about safeguarding your career for the long run, learn to build. I just wrapped up cohort 1 of the AI pm accelerator, where every student built and shipped a real, functional AI product. All 40 students had never written a line of code before they took course. And now they've acquired a skill set that puts them in the top 1% of everyone working in tech. I'm launching cohort 2 in less than a month. We cover 1. What it takes to be an ai pm 2. How does ai work 3. Build a fully functional AI product end to end ok Claude code. The course will be available for $1200 when it launches. Comment "build" below if you're interested to know more and get the early bird discount.

"It feels about right" is not a product evaluation. But that’s how most teams ship AI features. AI PMs need an eval mindset: • Define what “good” looks like before you build • Create test cases that cover edge cases • Measure consistently, not just once • Know when to ship vs. when to iterate Vibes aren’t a strategy.

Now let me be real with you! I've spent the last year breaking down hundreds of AI products like these. I've built AI systems that serve hundreds of thousands of users. And I taught 40 PMs how to do the same in 8 weeks. That was Cohort 1 of the AI PM Accelerator. Cohort 2 starts soon. 40 spots. I'm not going to sell you anything right now. Join the waitlist and I'll send you the full curriculum, a complete Module 1 recording, and real student testimonials. Look at everything. Turn it upside down. Then decide for yourself. 𝟲. 𝗦𝗽𝗼𝘁𝗶𝗳𝘆 — 𝗠𝘂𝗹𝘁𝗶-𝗔𝗴𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗔𝗱𝘀 Spotify replaced a 20+ field campaign form that took 30 minutes with six AI agents running in parallel. Now it takes under 10 seconds. Complex workflows don't need one powerful agent. They need specialists that divide the work.( Post goes live on Wednesday)

Great AI PMs don’t just ship features. They see the invisible decisions behind every AI product: • What data was it trained on? • What happens when it’s wrong? • How does it handle edge cases? • Who does it fail silently for? This is AI product sense. It’s a skill. You can learn it.

Before you build any AI product, answer these 7 questions: 1. What problem are we solving? 2. Why does this need AI? 3. What data do we need? 4. How will we measure quality? 5. What happens when AI is wrong? 6. How do users give feedback? 7. What does v1 actually look like? Every AI product decision maps back to one of these.
