8). Have full clarity on your offering There’s never a point in time where I can’t answer a question. By me having full clarity, it’s rare that I have to get referrals or different employees involved on a deal. Learn for your benefit.

7). Having phrases at the 1 yard line Id say 30% of my calls often come down to the “are we doing this or not?” phase. For ex), “can I go ahead and welcome you to the family?” You’re changing a life! Make them feel it.
