On December 1, 2024, Yeji released her first OST, "Think about you", for the romantic comedy series 'Love Your Enemy'. YEJI released her much awaited solo debut EP 'AIR' on March 10 along with a sizzling music video for her self-penned lead single also tited "AIR". 'AIR' scored the 2nd Highest New Entry on both the Worldwide & European iTunes Album charts, landing at #4 and debuted at #3 on the Circle Album chart selling 323,566 units in its first week! It was certified Platinum shortly after by the KMCA! Since her debut, YEJI has won several Awards as a member of ITZY, including the Digital Bonsang award at the 34th Golden Disc Awards. The phenomenal success of their debut led ITZY to become the 1st K-Pop girl group to achieve a "Rookie Grand Slam", winning all the Rookie of the Year awards at the 34th Golden Disc Awards, the 4th Asia Artist Awards, the 9th Gaon Chart Music Awards, the 2019 Genie Music Awards, the 2019 Melon Music Awards, the 2019 Mnet Asian Music Awards, and the 29th Seoul Music Awards! They were also nominated for Best Korean Act at the 2019 MTV Europe Music Awards. "Loco", the lead single from the group's first studio album 'Crazy in Love' (2021), was nominated at the 2022 MTV Video Music Awards for Best K-Pop! The 2022 single "Cheshire" from the EP of the same name won the award for Artist of the Year – Global Digital Music (November) at the 12th Circle Chart Music Awards!
