Because the standard isn’t how they treat you… it’s how Christ has called you to live. 📖 “A new commandment I give to you, that you love one another; as I have loved you, that you also love one another.” — John 13:34 (NKJV) NOT when it’s easy. NOT when they deserve it. NOT when you agree. As He has loved YOU. And let’s be honest… THAT’S ☝️ where it gets hard. Because we’re ALL carrying broken pieces. Different PASTS. Different WOUNDS. Different PERSONALITIES. Different ways of seeing the world. And when those collide… it’s EASIER to withdraw than to work through it. EASIER to argue than to understand. EASIER to divide than to fight for unity. But the call of Christ was NEVER “take the easy way.” 📖 “With all lowliness and gentleness, with longsuffering, bearing with one another in love…” — Ephesians 4:2 (NKJV) Bearing WITH one another. That means PATIENCE when it’s inconvenient. GRACE when it’s undeserved. RESTRAINT when your flesh wants to react. It means CHOOSING LOVE… even when everything in you wants to CHOOSE YOURSELF. Because this ISN’T about winning arguments. It’s about REFLECTING CHRIST. 📖 “By this all will know that you are My disciples, if you have love for one another.” — John 13:35 (NKJV) NOT your knowledge. NOT your opinions. NOT how right you are. YOUR love. And REAL love… DOESN’T avoid hard conversations— it walks THROUGH them WITH HUMILITY. It DOESN’T IGNORE conflict— it SEEKS PEACE with effort. 📖 “If it is possible, as much as depends on you, live peaceably with all men.” — Romans 12:18 (NKJV) As much as depends on YOU. NOT them. YOU. So the question isn’t… “Why is this so hard?” The question is— Are WE willing to do what’s hard because WE’VE been called to something HIGHER? Because the world says: PROTECT yourself. Jesus says: DENY yourself. The world says: PROVE YOUR POINT. Jesus says: PURSUE PEACE. The world says: CUT PEOPLE OFF. Jesus says: CARRY ONE ANOTHER. 📖 “Bear one another’s burdens, and so fulfill the law of Christ.” — Galatians 6:2 (NKJV) This is REAL life. This is where Faith shows up. Not in PERFECT Conditions… but in IMPERFECT Relationships. The truth is— loving broken people will ALWAYS BE HARD… because YOU’RE one of them too. But THAT’S ☝️ exactly why it matters. Because EVERY time you choose PATIENCE over pride… GRACE over offense… PEACE over proving a point… you are Defying Your Flesh and Reflecting Your Savior. And in a world that keeps tearing itself apart— That Kind Of Love Doesn’t Just Stand Out… it shows people WHO JESUS REALLY IS‼️ 🙏✝️💪💜 .
