I have a friend who had an accident and needs replacement of items worth 400k, this has taken more than 4 months. Could have been cheaper to just replace himself and save time as resource

Good morning @ICEALION . I submitted all the documents including the spare Key and original logbook (KDV 187J) on 24th April 2026. You promised 7 days for processing of the claim. It's 7th May 2026 and i have to wake up everyday to beg you for updates. What a pathetic company.
