Walked in the Guitar Sanctuary in McKinney Texas and bought a new $3800 bass. They were helpful from the minute I walked. I didn't plan on buying anything when I got there. Contrast that to @guitarcenter in Plano Texas. I walked in today looking to buy the 75th anniversary @Fender PBass There were 5 employees visible in the main room doing nothing but staring at each other. I looked around for nearly 30 min and not one of them spoke to me. So, I walked out and they missed an easy sale. This is the typical behavior every time I stop in there. I will not be back. Guitar Center really should address the situation.
